Musikfest is in full swing

Musikfest is here  and going strong! The Musikfest is held in August every year and is one of the many things to do here in the gorgeous Lehigh Valley. It is held in Bethlehem, PA. Here is the website for more info. Musikfest.org

Musikfest was founded in 1984 (when I was in high school) 😮 and initially attracted 180,000 people. 30 years later (did I just tell you how old I am?) and the Musikfest is one of the largest music festivals in the nation. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUSIKFEST! It now attracts 900,000 people. What a fabulous venue for our beloved Lehigh Valley. I highly urge everyone to attend Musikfest and get a taste of the wonderful music talent, food and fun that it has to offer. Let’s rock out another 10 years!

Going to Musikfest is also wonderful because of the location. Bethlehem, PA has quite a history. I moved to Bethlehem as a child after leaving my home state of North Carolina. My Pop-Pop and Father both worked for the Bethlehem Steel and we lived in the historic area of Bethlehem right off of Main St. Bethlehem is in the center of the Lehigh Valley.
